But I still own not get the money I took out on it because the broker told me it is anyone held til I impart them another paycheck stub showing I worked the amount of hours to prove I can spawn the sum. How can it be funed and closed if they don't own adjectives the documents from me still? I wasn't aware of them funding and closing it and holding my money! can they do that? they already remunerated bad my ending mortage and the money is sitting next to them and I am paying interest on it! please make clear to me if they can hold on to my money from me and close the loan and fund it short adjectives the documents they asked for? I also involve to know how this is possible and if they can do this. thank you

Give them the check. I bet your broker is lying in the region of the "funding" the Bank will not fund on the loan until they own adjectives the documents they require. There is a difference surrounded by closing ( where on earth you sign ) and funding. Call the place where on earth you signed the docs and ask them if the loan really funded. After the loan have funded you should draw from a check surrounded by nearly 1 year
IT WAS CLEARLY FUNDED AND CLOSED OTHERWISE YOUR FORMER MORTGAGE COMPANY WOULD BE DEMANDING PAYMENTS.
