It depends on the credit risk and the interest rate.
If you enjoy AA credit and are offering 10% here is probably a 100% break you will draw from funded.
If you enjoy D credit or are rate HR (High Risk) and are offering 15%, within is probably a 0% of getting funded.
I don't know if anyone have done an analysis of the funding rates but masses lenders complain in the region of the shortage of "level borrowers".
