Answers:
It depends on your location. If you are contained by a community property state such as Texas, you are only as liable for his debts as he is, whether or not you signed the note/papers/application. The simplest entity for you to do might be to simply achieve a different cell phone number.
If you are officially married to your husband, yes they can and will come after you for what is owed.
They will call for whoever they can to try to draw from the money. They don't perfectionism if the check comes from him, you or Donald Duck; as long as they carry it. My recommend is to freshly not answer their call. If you enjoy sightseer ID, cart memo of the number and don't answer. Don't return their call any.
They can one and only contact you if you are surrounded by a community property state, next sadly you are responsible for his debts too... these are the community property states...

California

Louisiana

New Mexico

Wisconsin

The lone other approach they can contact you is if you are unified on the loan. You should double check to label sure you are not a co signor on the loan. If you are, after you are mutual and responsible.
Tell your husband to send for the Bank and see if he could acquire a 2 month extension after the slowly settlement is posted.
