Can I receive a VA loan for a home w/horrible credit?
My mother ruined my credit until that time I turned 18 and almost 10 yrs behind time and I am starting to realize how bleak my credit truly is. Is it even possible?

Your mother can't ruin your credit past you are 18. You are incompetent to be a co-sign for a loan back you are 18.
If you haven't used credit, than your credit mark will be poor because here is no history of responsible use. Basically you are building your history from gash.
