You should contact your mortgage ridge and explain the situation. Tell them that the house is on the flea market. You may know how to work out a wage plan near them that you can afford temporarily. Believe me, bank want to avoid foreclosure as much as you do. The process is expensive and right very soon foreclosed properties aren't even selling.
