Answers:
yes.

No legit lender uses a generic (Yahoo!, Gmail, Hotmail) email address.

They are scammers who are probably sitting in an internet cafe somewhere in west Africa.

They will "approve" you for a loan but will require some sort of excise to be salaried by you upfront to process the loan. If you foot the allowance, they will disappear.
yes scam!

Beware of Advance payment Loan scam.
LOAN SCAM - Do Not Pay UpFront Fees.
Do not dispatch money UpFront via Western Union or MoneyGram to any creature or business in the UK, Nigeria or Canada in hopes of getting a loan. If you do you will swot up a strong lesson & never see any Loan money.

Advance-fee loan sharks are preying on unwary consumers, taking their money for the promise of a loan or credit, and disappearing them surrounded by hot sea. The scam artists habitually impersonate lawful lenders to entice consumers into falling for their bogus present.

According to canon enforcement agencies contained by the U.S. and Canada, ad and promotions for advance-fee loans suggest — or even “guarantee” — that there’s a dignified prospect that a loan will be approved, regardless of the applicant’s credit history. But to clutch power of the proposition, the consumer have to take-home pay a levy. The corner? The scam artist take stale near your payment, and the loan never materialize.

Remember, if it sounds too good
to be true, it probably is! NEVER make a contribution out your personal information to strangers online! Always be on guard.
