I'm feed up of have no money!!?

I'm 13, and I'm ALWAYS the one without money. My parents pass me around lb50 a month, depending on what my phone bill costs (if its over my bill allowance they take it out of my pocket money). Problem is, I own to buy EVERYTHING with it: college food, pay for going out beside my friends, everything and they stick to it- there's no way they'll make a contribution me more.

I never have nay money- I spend it within the first week or 2.

How can I save money for things I resembling? I cant open another edge account or anything, and I try not to spend but I cant give support to it!

Answers:    Your parents are hoping you'll learn to budget. So far, it's broken.

Here's one way to start off. Get yourself a box of inexpensive envelopes. Set out one for each week (or partial week) of the month. Put the money for necessities for respectively week in its envelope.

Now set out a separate envelope for discretionary income--money you don't *have* to spend, close to phone bill money over your allowance, snacks, going out with friends--one per week or partial week.

When you're out of the house, transport only that week's envelopes beside you. No borrowing against future weeks, not even for something special, and no dipping into the necessities envelope for anything that's non-essential. (Golly-gee, perchance you could save for larger expenses.) Period. That channel, you'd always hold some money every week.
Get used to it because the older you seize the more things you have to spend money on and the smaller quantity you have!! depressing I know sorry
