What is the "worse" entity that can take place when you record for bankrupcy... i.e. you lose the casing?
Am wondering if people other get "cleared" so to speak when one files for bankrupcy. Is it possible for a sort out to deny you bankrupcy and "then" what happens?? What is the worse article that can happen? Thank you!
Answers: I suppose it is possible for the adjudicate to deny you bankruptcy but usually to be precise only because you committed fraud contained by applying for the loan.
