I am looking to open a checking vindication. I anticipate my balance to never stir above $1,500, and I'm looking for a bank that won't gun down me with sketch fees. The really nasty one is when you find money direct-deposited Friday morning, you write a check Friday afternoon, and get hit near an NSF fee because the money didn't clear.

Check out your local commnity bank. They usually dont mind but if your going to these big names, they'll suck money out of you anyway they can.
