I have a engagement next to a advocate to discuss his unfinnished position, consequently terminated up charged 450GBP for speaking up...?

I ignored his correspondence adjectives together and vow not to have anything to do near him. He then try to produce me pay him 450GBP AND apply for the court judgement. After a court jugment againt me( i did not attend) immediately the cost is 680 GBP, he also apply for a court order to put on the market off my property to recompense him the money. I wasn't even ask for his service at that time. I was offering him his duty of 120GBP an hour after received the the invoice, which is incorrectly billed at 450GBP. I DID NOT ask him to do anything for me at that time.
IT was adjectives started by me questioning him why he have not obtained my premises license that I have ask him to apply for me. He said he had done it but never received any license's hardcopy. I salaried him in full for that charge. Because of no hardcopy I can not convert the old license to the untried one. Thats what make me see him. How can he billed me 450GBP when the correspondence he sent me said he charged 120 an hour? Also I remunerated in full the mission he hs not finished.


Answers:    You should have gone to court and presented your suitcase, now it is to past due. By your negligence he now have a judgment that he can collect.
