2 customers quarreeling near salesgirl,what shld i do?

Find out the source of the spat.
If its the customer, show them the door
If its the sale girl, show HER the door.
Its really THAT simple.
Even though I DO NOT truly believe that the customer is "other right", the salesgirl should NOT be quarreling beside customers. She should submission to run win her chief to settle the dispute, and later she should hike away. If the customers are belligerent and threatening, the director should ring guarantee. Both of those things are what mangagers are for.
Do you work at the business, are you a supervisor? If you are later you should interupt and try to solve the problem. If you dont work here, next mind your own business.
Depends on what your position is. If you're merely an onlooker, verbs. If your the sale supervisor, put on a smile and ask if you can lend a hand the customers. If the customers bring back too objectionable, telephone deposit.
