I figure someone is not here holding the bag, and it doesn't seem to be fair if a Mom and Pop be put out of business because someone didn't have the financial later life to live within their mechanism.

Answers:    Bankruptcy is at record topmost in the USA due to the "credit crisis." Banks making desperate real estate loans, and subsequent credit tightening standards.

That is such a rigid minded view. It is a moment ago spewing hate and ignorance.

I know of abundant rich people that lately make the declaration to not pay their bills because they don't quality they need to. They can remuneration them but they don't. I have smaller quantity sympathy for these folks (none).

There are a lot of problems facing this country. There aren't adequate jobs. There hold never been ample jobs. A lot of the job that people own pay to be exact inadequate. It affects everything. That's why it is a big promise. These are the people that will settle their bills if they have the finances. They are not tight wads. If they be then they would be richer.

Finance is still not skilled widely enough contained by schools. It should be. It should be a required course for every student. But to my comprehension, it's not. My parents taught me but I still find it difficult. I don't produce enough money.

Bankruptcy is a ultimate resort for a lot of empire. Some people harm it. I know someone that has. But it's not simple as financial later life. There are larger problems that causes it. If we don't start address the causes, it will just get worse.
one ruin shouldnt cause mom and pop to travel out of business
