Can we sue a Credit Card Company for contacting relatives.?
Can we sue the CC company for contacting in-laws, and giving them my social deposit numbers and stuff. No perception how they get their numbers, even I dont hold their number... If its a possibility later how can I do that, how expensive is it? currently I owe next around 16K.
