I co-signed for a vehicle for my brother-in-law(will never do that again). THe finace company have me as the buyer though. My brother-in-law have the motor. He is constantly slowly. I am afraid that it will be repossed. I am file Chapter 7 and be wondering if I can put the coup¨¦ on it? Will this free me from this loan within luggage the vehicle get repossed? Any input is great.
