Cancel the debit card first and straight. Since it is issued by your dune, hail as them. If you don't know the number, you should know how to find it on their network site.
Then dissolve the credit cards (you hold more protection on credit afterwards debit cards, that's why the debit card is top priority). Again, if you don't know the phone number, you can look up the phone number on the credit card company's trellis site.
