Anyone out nearby use Lending Tree.com to find their mortgage or refi?
Any luck? Did you hold to recompense anything for closing costs, or points?

I did to refi my house.
Got quoted almost 2 points better on interest rate, go hindmost to the unproved loaning sandbank.. and they re-fi'd me beside no points, but I did income the attorney a small payment for the closing..
Recommend against the "sort the bank compete for your business" pattern site.
Legitimate bank beside the best service and the best rates do not own to use a pattern site close to that to bring back business.
Recommend that you run to Bankrate and Bestrate and you compare the bank, compare the fees, and compare the rates.
