i am over 18 within scotland is it possible to take inheretance very soon or do i own to hang around the 10 years? would i know how to catch a mortgage base on my inheritence or would i hold to lurk 10 years?

I dont know the technical/legal answer to your interview but presumably, nearby is a 10year condition for a function? Would it not be prudent to respect this? It would be unbelievably mouth-watering to 'blow the money' I don`t know if you have it very soon. You may know how to receive the interest on the possessions of your inheritance and use that as extra income for your mortgage application,although at 18, I would suggest you put adjectives your pains into a profession and living a bit!
