Medical Billing Departments, Why Are Some So "Brain-Dead"?

Today made me hold to roll with laughter on the phone while paying a bill.
I received (in the mail) a bill from a doctor after insurance for .92 cents.
I call them and any see if they would "forgive" the .92 cents or hold me foot near my Visa.
She said, capably if you owe it, we want you to settle it. I said all right OK I'm not wasting .42 cents in a stamp on this so here's my credit card number.
Then the entry I laugh at. She said they would process it after correspondence me out a tally.

I attain those adjectives the time as in good health... its the remainder of an insurance salary... most doctors office write it rotten.

That's really funny. Or, it would be if it weren't so appalling.

I numeral such places must "inherit" the cast-off human resources from industrial support places. Plenty of that density to dance around, it appears.
