How can I be paid a topical debit card short any IDs on me? I'm 16 too.?
I don't enjoy ANY form of IDs, and the merchant banker wont agree to me sort one minus them, because I can't proove that I am, indeed me! My parents are not near me, they don't live beside me, and they will never live near me, so they can't back me. Would scan IDs work? Please give support to... Or if in attendance be a due settlement cheque from the rule beside MY nickname on it?

As far as I know, you aren't allowed to own a debit card until you're 18.
But if you stipulation an ID, simply dance to the DMV and seize one. Just stipulation birth licence and passport or something similar to that.
