I have a contract near this guy to build a wood blockade, he never did it but took my deposit, i go to small claims court and won and he hasn't compensated a dime so I set up to hijack his vehicle and immediately he is file chapter 7 backruptcy. Will I see any of the money it cost me to clutch him to small claims court and the money they ordered him to salary me?

Answers:
You can try to intent to the ruin . Call the Bankruptcy Court and find out when the audible range is. Show up beside your deposit that you give him. You hold zilch to lose.
When he files collapse - everyone's out of luck. If he owes someone money - they lose. Sorry.
I believe that judgements from lawsuits go down lower than unsecured creditors. This caring of sucks for you, because you are junior to any senior debt they own surrounded by place, any IRS liens, and any claims that force own on the company. Your claim is somewhere between credit cards and equity holders contained by lingo of seniority. Try to protest to the Ch. 7. If that doesn't work, try to work out special expressions (i.e. gift plan if the company comes out of Ch. 7 as a restructured entity. If they turn into Ch. 11, consequently you're SOL.
