Would trial orleans ever become the city it used to be?
My city, New Orleans is the best city within the world. Now, near are nil but problems. Who think New Orleans would turn backbone to commonplace?

Several neighborhoods are still working at seizure, but the French Quarter, CBD, Garden District, Uptown, etc., are exceptionally much alive. If the programs to seize money into the hand of residents trying to move put money on and put their lives hindmost together weren't such a bureaucratic nightmare it might develop quicker, though.
