I didnt receive a deserved tilt. presently the recompense rate have gone up. should i still ask for my deserved lift up?
been next to company 6 months. supposed to have reviews every 3. i hold never had one even though ive asked. immediately everyones pay have gone up. should i still demand my review?
Answers: No. I would not constraint. I would ask about the review tho. Before you ask nearly your review along with a lift again, think in the region of this: Do you actually deserve a elevate? Most companies give a lift up according work ethics, not according to how long you've be with the company. By work nouns I mean such things as coming to work in good time, reliability, productivity and etc... I would totally sit back and emulate on how my work ethics enjoy been next to the company for the previous 6 months. You are gonna want to have some pay for up statements to when you are asked by the company chair party "Why do you think you deserve a elevate?"
Don't demand. Request. Also you didn't receive an "expected" settle raise- not necessarily a "deserved" pay bump up. Deserved implies that it is merit base which means you bring it because you earned it- not basically because it's time for it. Big difference.
Good luck!
