im 17.my mom is on drugs and i moved out of her house.im not within arts school even so but im trying to bring back surrounded by.im trying going away near a family circle appendage but i want my own food stamps and money.so ehat do i do.also i involve to receive papers on myself.i will be 18 contained by 3 months or so.
