First- $35,000 wasn't what they spent within a year. 35,000 be thier income! so they in truth have to spend smaller number than that respectively year!

Second- It adjectives depends on where on earth you live. within bigger cities, the cost of living is better, and so are reimburse rates. but within small towns, everything is cheap. including paychecks!
