Paycheck situation! Has anyone else experienced this?
Wednesday is payday for me. its bi weekly. this past wed. be supposed to be a payday, but there be a problem with the laser printer, and the payroll woman couldnt print the checks. I suggested writing them by hand since here are only 85 team. she said no, i print them. so they said that we have to loaf till next payday and simply get one big check. the problem is i CANT do that. I have a cell phone bill due thursday, and how exactly can they expect me to pay for gas to find to work? Comcast is due today, and rent is due tuesday. I spoke with the GM, specifically going on for how am i suposed to buy gas, and food, he told me "if you are always dependant on your subsequent paycheck, then perchance its you who is living above your means." I resent that statement, because i believe paycheck2paycheck is how you are supposed to live. it wouldnt be a problem if the company would enjoy wrote the checks by hand. anyways... what are your thoughts and do i hold a leg to stand on to sue them?
Answers: Get a paycard. Paycards are not like bank accounts so your credit will not matter. Got o ADP total Paycard and see if they will transport you one. There are many other paycard companies also. G00GLE and find them. the program is specifically designed for relations who cannot get a mound account. When you steal it to payroll you just furnish them the paycard bank number merely like you have a checking account and your money will travel there respectively payday. there is a small allowance but it is cheaper than check cashing and if you lose it then they convey you another one. It really does work. I should know I am a payroll manager.
