I am afraid that you've be scammed. There own be several population here on AddQA.com who complained that they sent money to this company in the hopes of getting grant, single to never hear from them again and their money lost and never recovered. Search previous threads here on YA.

If you want grant, the simply places to stir are the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) http://www.cfda.gov and Grants.gov http://www.grant.gov - these are two FREE sites created by the federal management to provide transparency and information on grant. Browse through the listings and see if you can find any allow that would support your purposes.
Even if you buy books on "how to take grants" or register that supposedly have information on grant -- adjectives of them are mere rehash of what CFDA has, albeit package differently.
Note though that these grant largely support non-profit organization, intermediary lend institutions, and state and local government. Most of the federal grant are given to specific target groups near specific requirements (e.g. minority business owners involved in transportation related contracts emanate from DOT - Grant#20.905 Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Short Term Lending Program. Individuals especially for personal purposes are not eligible for federal grant.
