If you are simply wanting a hill tale next to debit card access, I would not choose this one. I don't know anything around this company, but I can explain to you it is NOT a dune. It say so on their FAQ page. Also, it appears to be surrounded by Europe and is not FDIC insured in the U.S. I don't know from your post if you are in the U.S. or not, or what protections European bank propose, so I cannot speak intelligently more or less that.
