Answers: I have written give or take a few this before and this is what my research have come up with.

AS an employer I may only own money enough to hire four folks in a minute and if I have to increase their wages specifically fine I will release one of them and if I still don't I will release another until I can make payroll and I will expect more from them I should enjoy mentioned it that car that you dream up you really can afford but with the increase you will know how to buy it,..well that $9000 KIA is immediately going to cost about $12,000 and is more untouchable than back. THERE IS A OLD SAYING, "LESS IS MORE" it sure is true about wages. You want more earn it don't mandate it.
