If you have to survive on $30.00for groceries, to final two weeks what would you buy?(for one person)?

Answers:
If you can buy bulk, buy eggs, rice, chicken (bone-on thighs I find are cheaper than breasts or other cuts and hold more meat than wings), pasta and some fresh veggies. You can construct pasta next to olive grease and veggies, chicken beside veggies, chicken and rice. Eggs are promptly to generate and not that expensive.

Packaged food approaching mac & cheese or can soup might appear cheaper, but are smaller amount padding and hold no nutrients.
Canned soup near fresh vegetables added.
Pinto beans. We be poor and ate them for weeks on call a halt when I be a child. When times be better we even ate cornbread beside them.

My children still don't twig why I consider beans ... a collation instead of a side dish.
drink touch sea, other drinks can blow your budget

ramen is a cheap source of carbs, also here is honourable hoary mac and cheese

eggs are a cheap source of protein, occasionally you may splurge on tuna fish

even though you are on a budget try to get some fruits and vegetables in your diet

look for opportunity for a free lunch or complimentary breakfast
I'd buy as money loaves of bread and peanut butter and jelly as I could. When I be within college I lived around a week on mayonnaise sandwich. I would hold preferred peanut butter and jelly.
Fresh Vegetables, a big shoulder bag of rice, store brand pasta. I would do my incredibly best to spend even smaller amount than $30 (still enjoy satisfactory to eat) Becasue if I save adequate, consequently the following month I can I don`t know buy more :)

Rice and potatoes will pack you up swiftly and are vey cheap. Cut donw on any form of meat.
$30 for 2 weeks, hmmmm. You don't own to guzzle, buy a multi-vitamin that take charge of everything that your body desires and a fiber mix. You could survive the 2weeks, hey you didn't say aloud that it have to drink righteous.
I approaching to cause spaghetti, the noodles are smaller quantity than a dollar and you can gain sauce for $1.50 and conceivably ground beef for $3.00 and you can breed the full load and for my family unit (2 adults one child) it second us for 4 meal, so it should end you longer.

Also we are hispanic and obviously we are ALWAYS making rice. It is cheap and you can incorporate different ingredients everyday to clear it ending. And similar to the woman beforehand said tag on beans near it and it is a complete spread. And we receive a unbroken pod of chicken at walmart for $5.

Just buy generic brands and chomp through profusely of disappeared overs and you'll be fine. If adjectives else fail, Totinos have $1 pizza's. Good Luck
Assuming you own a full kitchen (not living in a dorm or hotel or something), I'd buy a 5lb sack of beans, a 5lb pouch of rice, a pack of chicken legs/thighs, a carton of eggs, a gallon of milk, a box of cereal, a cantalope, two head of brocoli (all store-brand or the cheapest you can find). This is also assuming you enjoy the ground rules approaching butter, saline, pepper, condiments, spices, etc, etc... If you don't hold a kitchen or the rudiments, next you really don't own frequent option bar Ramen. And close to the other guy said, can soup and other can foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner :(
The guy who owns Paul Mitchell aesthetic products be on Donny Deutsche The Big Idea final nite. He be chitchat in the region of how he lived on $4 a sunshine when he be starting up the business. Now I know $4 a afternoon is passageway over $30 for 2 weeks, but he have some righteous design that you could use for a few of those days.

He used to obtain breakfast specials at the tie up restaurants similar to Denny's for $1.99. He get eggs, bacon, toast, red liquid and coffee.

He would skip lunch and for dinner he would be in motion to a handrail that have an adjectives you can guzzle buffet. He would demand the cheapest drink he could and guzzle adjectives he needed.

I deduce the other concept of eggs, beans and rice, and pasta be adjectives great design.
Canned soup would conspicuously be a priority on my inventory. You can bring a couple can for $1. There are several different types too so that would abet.

Hamburger Helper (the cheap version) might work. One of my grocery stores other have a collection for $1 respectively. The ground beef would be your most expensive item. It's usually somewhat smaller amount than $3 at my store for a bit over a pound. One box will distribute you several meal. I recommend the lasagna. ;)

Also buy some bread, peanut butter, and jelly.

Since the hamburger aide recipe singular send for for a pound. You'll hold satisfactory hamburger disappeared over to breed a burger.
Protein. The body desires protein more than anything.
