I am making a purchase of a laptop online for 550 dollars. We are have difficultys next to paypal and are looking for a safe and sound process to trade name the purchase. I dont wanna obtain scamed but i dont wanna lose this treaty if its legit. We are planning on making the first money of 300 dollars and next when i gain the laptop me repay the secondary 250. I really requirement backing here.
