Ok i only just get a duty proposition from IBM for $20 an hour plus full benefits, but they told me it is an indefinite contract. What does that indicate? I also am at a position immediately that pays 14.75 plus I pay $60 a week for insurance. Is the IBM commission better? The other position is extraordinarily stable and I only just want to find out if the contract is a better job
