or if you're in the US, WalMart have them. I don't know if bank hold them. perchance a grocery store would.
I've see these at the local corner stop and shop even. You clearly own not looked. My put somebody through the mill is why do you want one of these? They do zilch for you except cost you money surrounded by fees so the company can own the use of your money. It is close to a in your favour description one and only you are paying them to hold your money for you until you want it posterior. Wow, what a money inventor for the sandbank, they grasp to hold onto your money and use it to bring in more money and you are paying them to do it.
In my module of the US, a better request for information would be where on earth CAN'T you buy them. The answer would be much shorter.
