Canceling a post dated check.?
I post dated a check for Tuesday to an online college and lately found out that it have like mad of impossible press. outdated materials and so on. I definately academic my lesson! My press is since I cancelled the postdated check (which they provoked me to write anyways) can they still subtract money from my checking depiction? I didn't contribute them anything on my debit card newly that one unique check (over the phone). Also since I didn't sign anything OR recieve any materials (since materials weren't going to come until check be cleared anyways) can they hold me responsible for anything? I would deliberate not considering I signed NOTHING. Thanks.
