Chapter 13 - How do I take my title?
I own be paying on a chapter 13 for three years. My truck creditor be included as a "priority creditor". The secured portion of the debt have be remunerated. However, an unsecured portion still exists. Still, the creditor will not dispatch me the title until the chapter 13 is discharged two years from immediately. This wouldn't usually be a big promise, but the truck is contained by dire inevitability of repairs ($1000+) of which I can not afford. I own have offer to buy the truck or trade it for something to be precise in reality more affordable (and runs!). I hold spoken near my trustee and they advise me to speak near the creditor and/or my advocate. I spoke beside the creditor and they advise me to speak near my attorney. I am have problems reaching my legal representative. What whereabouts can I hold to grasp my title? If and when I win my attorney, what feat is he expected to suggest?
