A friend is considering emmigrating to Australia form the UK, whilst abandon her debts.?
She have friends that hold moved out to Australia and done similar things - beside no consequences. I hold no comprehension on this topic and am worried that she would eventually be deported final to the UK.
I'm guessing that financial institutions would wnat their money, but may find it not easy to track her down...and as expected we know taht the debt is cleared after 7 years.
I woudl appreciate some fair counsel - I woudl approaching to contribute her both sides of teh arguement
