from what i can gather together from reading adjectives of the q/a on answers nearby is no set guidelines and yes you will be a legal representative. and yes your credit bottom out and yes will be here for 7 -10 years. thought i would hit the fundamentals.!
There are no income guidelines as such in liquidation.
The guidelines are simply, how much do you owe, what assets do you own, and do you own the aptitude to remuneration those debts contained by full. If you cannot, afterwards you can aver liquidation.
It doesn't event if you earn $250 a week or $1,000,000 a year.
