Closing PayPal Acct. - Can I instigate another near impossible to tell apart info?

I have an antediluvian sketch w/a different dub and email address and open another one and they made me close the dated one because they coupled the two accounts. So I guess what I am trying to read aloud is that you can merely enjoy one paypal picture.
