Social fund budgeting loan repayments why cant i appeal against repayment interval?

i applied for a loan early this year and they merely offered one repayment of 26.00 a week for a 300 loan they stated within note that i couldnt appeal against this repayment choice and i turned it down as i feel this be going to exit me not plenty money to work near. enjoy applied again though as cooker broken. they own sent me same repayment alternative as formerly. they used to tender two option so u could choose the lower enunciate 10 quid a week. i am going to phone them and wondered if anyone have suggestion or experience or info? much appreciated if u own. it say on the network that they could hold out up to 104 week repayment spell. surely they cant expect me to reimburse the 250 quid i asked for surrounded by 10 weeks?
