What do you come up with of Ann Summers?
What kind of experiences as a customer have you have in any of the stores? Good, bad? Why?
Answers: I am the customer from hell the Anne Summers mystery shopper, and I want it offering wrapped.
Some of the items I have been sent surrounded by to buy make me want to die, but the staff have be helpful and friendly and try to put the customer at ease, making it give the impression of being perfectly natural to be discussing intimate details beside a sense of humour in a matter of certainty manor.
The poor staff are tested by Mystery Shopping Companies to make sure they are attentive and sell up, so if you do bring bad service make a complaint to their manager office as staff are told to put the customer at ease, and give assistance rather than wait for the customer have to ask for help.
Its great for basques, stockings, naughty outfits etc but the bras are awful! After one wear they lose their shape which looks odd under a top!
La Senza, Bravissimo and Debenhams own supplied my best underwear. Ann Summers is overpriced for the quality it provides!
The parties are fun though!
the stores are honourable but when i need help or am interested within something, i never get asked for help. when im newly mooching, i get harrassed to buy things! as for the parties, they are a short time ago rubbish! its ok but the underwear is a bit pricey especially as the quality when it arrives is cheap.

Like they got one within Bath in the middle of the main drag and it of late lowers the tone big time.
I prefer Religion in Bristol
Never been onto one of the stores, but the party are a good laugh if you grasp the right hostess! Personally, I have had no problems surrounded by it, but I know lots of lads that have been call a pervert by going inside lol
Only been in once to buy anything.. chocolate body sauce!
Costume is surrounded by order for the summer though i think!
