Mystery Shopping Scam?
Does anyone know how to report a Mystery Shopping scam? I didn't fall for it, but I did get a "mystery shopping" scam reminder today with a HUGE check. If I were smaller quantity informed, I might have fallen for it so I want to report them. The notification came from Canada but the check is from a company in Utah.
Any planning on what to do?
Answers: These scam companies cover their tracks pretty well before spending seriously of money on a mailing like that. It's probably a fritter away of time.
However, the FBI is the correct source for reporting mail order scam, which is what this falls under.
