Is this eBay purveyor trustworthy?

I plan on getting a PSP at eBay. I would buy it at a regular store the but I first looked at eBay. I saw a guy selling it for $160! Usually it is around$200 to buy it. I have bought stuff before in the region of eBay but there is one problem. The guy has never sold or bought anything. He have no positive or negative stuff about him! I hold PayPal though. So should I trust this guy that has no comments about him(new retailer i'm guessing).

Answers:    given that much feedback plus use of paypal it should be safe. just be aware of the shipping charges they can be ridiculous when the auction item is beneath valued.
