In genral, how believable are remuneration websites?

Do the salaries on popular websites like net.com include bonuses and perks like tuition reimbursement within the figure? For example, if they say $50K, could that really be $30K + $20K contained by bonuses, healthcare, etc? Can the results be used in salary debate?
