I lost my debit cards a few weeks ago when I was drunk and I was on MSN near and received an e-mail from paypal telling me to confirm a transaction of buying a watch for 400$USD! I didn't lay down that at all?! Oh crap!

there is somewhat more to the sotry missing here, how did the person with your card use paypal. I penny-pinching if you set up paypal then they would need to know your passwords as economically as your ebay password. If they setup an account with your card next paypal would have had to contact your wall for confirmtion and they would not have used your email so what is going on?
Is someone having a kid with you? I don;t think that the sandbank or paypal will understand how this transaction could have occured lacking you yourself actioning it....
It has just come to me... when you be drunk you orderd a watch and you also lost your wallet but forgot. you could check the delivery address from your paypal or ebay to check my idea. check first before you goto the bank or payapl because if i am right it will look completely dodgy for you.
Don't respond to the email it is a scam.
Login to you paypal account and confirm this is not the case.
Someone would enjoy needed to login to your paypal account too.

Cancel the credit card,and Phone the credit company to claim compensation for the money spent by a person who stole your credit card.
phone paypal and narrate them to cancel the order and next phone your bank or credit card company and tell them to stop transactions from your cards im 19 and i know what to do! All through the evils of drink in a minute let that teach you. Only comedy contact the bank and pay comrade they are pretty good about things approaching this. Good luck just go steady on the weekends.

if you would have cancelled your cards you shouldn't own had a problem
why didnt u cancel them!!, be in motion and see your bank asap and say u couldnt see them until that time cos youve been ill or something, you must withdraw your cards else they could spend all your money. good luck Ring your mound and tell them to cancel your cards.
dont confirm it and phone your sandbank up. You shoulda done that the first day you realised your cards were missing... you call for to get on to the bank and stop the card
