My husband was fired from his opportunity yesterday. The employer would give no reason as to why bar it just wasn't working out. My husband has call out sick 1 time since he's worked there and is always precipitate, stays late and pretty much does whatever requests to be done. Here are my questions about his rights...
He in reality went to his place of employment yesterday and they pulled him into the office and met beside him to fire him. My mom said that they have to pay him for at least possible 4 hours for yesterday even though he didn't work 4 hours, but because they fired him.
Second question is regarding earn, paid time off. When he be fired, he had about 3 days of leave time earned. Do they have to take-home pay it or is that up to their discretion? If they don't pay it, what recourse do we have and where on earth do we file a complaint in Arizona?
