Any UPS team here?

I ordered a new cell phone and their website says they ship through UPS and they require a signature. According to the tracking number the collection will be here on Monday. The problem is that nobody's home to sign on Monday (or the next day either) until 6PM and most UPS delivery in my neighborhood are made around noon. Is it possible for me to pick it up instead? UPS does enjoy a retail location two blocks from my house, is it possible to have them leave it here?

Answers:    use 2 work for UPS for 3 yrs as a supervisor in operations... not labour... but they will leave a note on your door wise saying they will try to deliver again call 1800 pick ups once you get the minute and tell them that you want to PICKUP.

you can not pickup (a) the retail location :( it has 2 b a warehouse or a UPS hub which will enjoy official UPS office close by
