Ok, how frequent ounces does one 41 cent stamp cover? LIke speak I be sending a dispatch from Los Angeles, Ca to For Sill Oklahoma. Is the memorandum covered as long as it is undern13 ounces? And after 13 ounces it requirements more stamps? Or how does that work?
