Contractor/Vendor or RFP issuer submits language and conditions?

I'm working on a request for proposal from a strange company that asks for our Terms and Conditions. In every other RFP I've worked on, the RFP issuer determines the T&Cs and the Contractor/Vendor agrees or disagrees next to them.

Am I wrong to believe that we (the contractor) should not be submitting lingo and conditions for a errand we're trying to seize?

Answers:
to be exact a bit strange but an RFP is really your negotiation in the past contract. i would merely gross sure the T&C's are as standard as possible. for examples look at other companies T&C's that you've deal next to contained by former times and use what you close to. Good Luck.
