URGENT HELP...I be scammed by bally, to signing a 3 yr contract. presently i've stopped making payments.?
i don't own a credit card, but i enjoy a checking statement. Will my credit chalk up be artificial since i've deleberately closed my rationalization and they can't carry money from me again? i DON'T own a CREDIT CARD so how will this affect me contained by the longrun?

they will in recent times dispatch it to a collection agency I have Gold's and when i stopped paying they sent mine to a collection but it doesnt show up on my credit reports and that be 3 years ago. plus didnt bally's contend penniless?
They can still transport a collection agency after you.
I'm not sure how you muse you get scammed, but probability are you have to provide details that they could use to go and get a credit check on you. If you provided those kind of details they can and probably will report you negatively to credit agencies.
If they do report you to credit agencies it will show up as a discouraging debt or a debt owed.
If they distribute you to collections it will hurt your credit. Any picture to be precise not remunerated can be sent to collections even a checking report if it is run denial earlier it's closed.
