Someone used my hot carded bank card to trademark two substantial purchases..?
almost 60 days after the card have be cancelled. They are dictum that it wishes to be investigated. Is this wall fraud. Shouldn't that card hold come up invalid when someone tried to use it?? Is the edge responsible for replacing this money?

you involve to ring up the wall and find out what is scheduled.the hot-carded card.should've come up stolen when used and after if at a merchant, they should hold confiscated it...depending on your state law, you shouldn't be liable for this money if you can prove that it be hot-carded...get any paperwork that have the date and a signature on it?? if so, you're pretty much home free
