Do I as a buyer enjoy to salary a duty on eBay over a closed dispute?

usually when i buy something on ebay I pay packet right away via foot comrade w/o even waitng for a "you won" merely to give somebody a lift diligence of it. For some common sense I did not on my end purchase. I kept waiting for my item in the communication ..Maybe 2 wk go by..I'm busy w/3kids. i didn't procure any emails from the dealer until i get a dispute email give or take a few my unpurchased item . I big-heartedly apoplgized and sent$ right away. I very soon get an email wise saying transport my sum so she can close the dispute. (I hold already received my item and on my ebay the dispute have be closed.) Do I owe the merchant a payment because she have to initiate a dispute? Or is something fishy?

if you sent allowance via paypal - you're cease of the buy and sell is done - you don't owe anything else. If she's aphorism you didn't foot, a short time ago print out the paypal summary page showing the completed transaction and dispatch i to her. If she sent you the item, she must own received settlement
